Q1. I
have "dial-up networking" in "my computer"
folder and follow the procedure to make a new connection. But
after dialup into TieUs Internet, I was rejected on the login
and password checking procedure, what happened ?
A1.
In some case, especially reinstalling older version of window
95, you will find that you have the dial up networking component
but without the TCP/IP installed. To check you have TCP/IP installed,
go to Control Panel and then go to "networking" under
network component list you should able to find TCP/IP installed.
If not, continue next FAQ to install TCP/IP component.
